Your Role with us
  • You steer the marketing team with a blend of empathy and strategic foresight.
  • You develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to engage and support patients with chronic autoimmune diseases, acting as a strategic mastermind not only to our existing apps but also our upcoming ones. 
  • You craft messages that speak directly to the hearts and minds of our target audience, ensuring they feel seen, understood, and supported. Your leadership will inspire groundbreaking campaigns that resonate with our audience's needs and aspirations.
  • You cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, adaptability and continuous learning within your team. A united and motivated team is the engine behind our mission to revolutionise patient care.
What you bring to the table
  • You have 7+ years of experience in marketing-related roles with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the health tech sector, having already led, inspired, and grown a team of marketing professionals in a dynamic environment.
  • You are an expert in crafting targeted marketing strategies in B2C environments, ideally for health-focused audiences.
  • You have the ability to connect with, understand the needs and communicate with different types of audiences and stakeholders, leveraging your strong adaptability to resonate with them.
  • You have no problem in communicating fluently in German and in English.
