As a Senior Marketing Manager (f/d/m) at Temedica you have a positive impact on patients' lives by being the key player in raising awareness around our Patient Companion Apps. You will define and drive the overarching marketing strategy and execution for all of our Patient Companion Apps - including 3 new ones that will be launched in the next months - which we run together with our Pharma partners and their patient-facing marketing agencies, with a focus on efficient user acquisition & long-term brand building. Your Role with us
  • You are the mastermind behind the overall marketing strategy for our Patient Companion Apps: you set their growth targets, content focus, and channel priorities (e.g. organic, paid social, and influencer collaborations).
  • You act as a strong sparring partner and experienced advisor towards our Pharma partners and you manage specialized marketing agencies that operationalize your marketing strategy for each Patient Companion App.
  • You steer individual campaigns by constantly analyzing performance and overall business KPIs to come up with improvement ideas for each Patient Companion App.
  • You work with the Product teams as well as with the Patient Partnership & Patient Marketing teams on our Pharma partners’ sides.
What you bring to the table
  • You have 5 years of marketing experience and have worked on a broad range of marketing disciplines and the “marketing channel mix” (social content & boosting, influencer marketing, performance marketing), including testing of new channels.
  • You have already worked with different marketing agencies on successful campaigns with a focus on user acquisition and have experience as a trusted advisor in this area.
  • You have strong analytical skills, being able to define, monitor, and analyse targets (OKRs) and key KPIs (WAUs, signups, cost per signup).
  • You can communicate fluently in German and English.
