As Account Executive (f/d/m) for our Software-as-a-Service offering and health insights platform “Permea” you’ll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business opportunities at pharma companies, ranging from mid-market to large corporates. Your ability to impressively demonstrate how "Permea" delivers evidence-based insights along the entire Life Sciences value chain will captivate potential clients. By leveraging your extensive knowledge of handling complex sales deals, you will further contribute to the development of sales tactics aimed at driving revenue growth. Your Role with us
  • You spearhead the growth of our Permea offerings by executing a sales strategy to achieve and surpass your sales targets. You leverage your knowledge of Permea's solutions and understand the customers' business challenges, enabling you to successfully demonstrate Permea's Real World Evidence capabilities.
  • You own the full sales cycle E2E from Lead Acquisition, Prospecting, Qualifying, Negotiations and Closing.
  • You develop a pipeline of Life Sciences and Pharma companies, navigating complex decision-making processes in order to create target account lists. You leverage your research and networking skills to sharpen your understanding of the market.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders up to C-Level, coordinating with cross functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What you bring to the table
  • You have minimum 5+ years of experience in sales within the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry OR Enterprise SaaS selling, with a proven track record of target achievement. Experience in a scale up environment and educational background in life sciences is a big plus!
  • You are an expert in all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You have a proven ability to build relationships with customers and partners at senior management, director and C-Level by leveraging your domain knowledge and communication skills.
  • You are familiar with modern sales methodologies such as Challenger Sale, MEDDIC or MEDDPIC, and used to work with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot to manage your sales pipeline.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is highly desirable.
