Your Role with us
As a Principal - Pharma Strategy & Delivery (f/m/d) at Temedica, you take full commercial and strategic ownership of a number of our most critical partnerships with leading global pharmaceutical companies. In this role, you act as the central orchestrator within a cross-functional team, bringing together sales, stakeholder management, product delivery, and consulting execution to deliver measurable value for both our clients and patients.
You are accountable for customer acquisition and revenue retention, lead complex multi-stakeholder engagements, and represent Temedica at the most senior levels of pharma organizations. At the same time, you empower your team to execute with excellence – ensuring consulting projects and digital solutions are delivered on time, with impact, and at scale.
You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and know how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own the end-to-end commercial performance of strategic pharma accounts – from acquisition to revenue retention and growth.
- Act as the strategic relationship owner for senior pharma stakeholders (incl. C-level), building long-term trust and driving client satisfaction.
- Lead staffing and oversight of consulting and solution delivery projects within your accounts, acting as a senior expert and sparring partner to the delivery team.
- Identify and shape new opportunities by connecting evolving client needs with Temedica’s unique capabilities and go-to-market strategy.
- Translate strategic intent into action, working closely with product, data, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure consistent excellence in delivery of both consulting and product-based services to your clients.
- Actively contribute to internal team development, mentoring more junior colleagues and helping shape methodologies and best practices across the company.
