As a CRM & Engagement Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you will define and execute our overall engagement and lifecycle marketing strategy across B2B and B2C health and lifestyle products. You will design end-to-end user journeys and campaigns that deepen relationships, maximize retention, and turn users into advocates, combining strategic ownership with strong hands-on execution across email, push, in-app, and web.
You will also lead partner alignments and co-develop engagement programs with external stakeholders, acting as a key connector between Temedica and its ecosystem. Data-driven decision-making, AI-powered tooling, and cross-functional collaboration are at the heart of how you work.

Your Role with us
Engagement Strategy & Journeys
- Develop and own the engagement and lifecycle strategy for B2B and B2C products, defining goals, KPIs, and roadmaps with product and commercial teams.
- Map and design end-to-end user journeys across digital touchpoints, from onboarding to advocacy, and continuously evolve them based on data and insights.
- Lead partner strategy development and alignment workshops, co-creating engagement programs and best practices with external partners and agencies.
Lifecycle & CRM Campaign Management
- Plan, set up, and execute CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels, including onboarding, activation, re-engagement, and win-back journeys.
- Segment audiences and apply personalization tactics for both B2C and B2B user groups.
- Maintain the campaign calendar and ensure execution is aligned with strategic priorities.
Content, Community & Automation
- Create and manage content across all channels (CRM, social media, website, in-app), ensuring a consistent tone of voice in German and English.
- Use AI and automation tools to scale personalization and content creation efficiently.
Data, Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor engagement KPIs (activation, retention, NPS, churn, CLV), build dashboards, and run A/B tests to continuously improve journeys and campaigns.
- Conduct cohort and funnel analysis to identify drop-offs and opportunities.
Stakeholder Management, Tooling & Compliance
- Act as the internal engagement consultant and knowledge hub, partnering with customer success, product, and sales to drive adoption and retention.
- Lead external partner alignments and workshops, providing frameworks and enablement materials to embed engagement best practices across the ecosystem.
- Own and optimize the CRM, CDP and engagement tech stack also in collaboration with the product, engineering and data team (e.g. HubSpot, Customer.io etc.) and ensure GDPR compliance across all activities.
What you bring to the table
Must-Have
- 4-6 years of experience in engagement, lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing in digital health, consumer apps, or SaaS, with a proven track record across multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and lifecycle platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Customer.io, Brevo, Salesforce) and familiarity with automation, personalization, and AI-powered tools.
- Strong skills in copywriting and content creation in German and English, with the ability to write empathetic, impactful text across channels.
- Confident in external partner management, including leading alignment workshops, co-developing programs, and consulting stakeholders on engagement best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and funnel insights into strategy and concrete actions.
- Data-driven, structured, and detail-oriented way of working.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in healthtech, pharma, or lifestyle industries.
- Familiarity with gamification, loyalty, community programs, or behavioral science.
- Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, HTML/CSS for email, or advanced AI use cases.
